Leading a team of SEO specialists you will have experience and an in-depth understanding of search engine algorithms; a passion for search and a hunger to realise your true potential. This will be combined with a strong understanding of HTML, XHTML, CSS, W3C, DDA, JavaScript, RSS, XML, Visual Basic, ASP, Cold Fusion, .Net, UNIX, IIS, Apache, DNS, Log files, tracking and web-analytics. Daily responsibilities will be challenging and varied but will include the identification of SEO and SEM trends & new technologies; the development of tactical recommendations to capitalise on natural search opportunities; the definition of SEO requirements and the recommendation of site enhancements that maximize ROI and increase rank of natural search result listings.
