SEO Manager required by our London client, a mulit-site market leading agency with an enviable reputation and client base. Leading a team of SEO specialists you will have experience and an in-depth understanding of search engine algorithms; a passion for search and a hunger to realise your true potential. This will be combined with a strong understanding of HTML, XHTML, CSS, W3C, DDA, JavaScript, RSS, XML, Visual Basic, ASP, Cold Fusion, .Net, UNIX, IIS, Apache, DNS, Log files, tracking and web-analytics. Daily responsibilities will be challenging and varied but will include the identification of SEO and SEM trends & new technologies; the development of tactical recommendations to capitalise on natural search opportunities; the definition of SEO requirements and the recommendation of site enhancements that maximize ROI and increase rank of natural search result listings. Additionally you will serve as internal search expert to ensure best practices are shared and leveraged by all groups and work to continuously improve tracking, reporting and profitability of the SEO efforts, analyze and translate quantitative and qualitative data from web analytics into an actionable SEO plan and research and develop SEO best practices to identify new market opportunities and maximise client return with improved organic rankings, In essence you will be an accomplished SEO expert with team lead or managerial experience, looking to drive your career forward in a dynamic and forward thinking agency with.
